Whistleblowing Scheme

The bbg bitbase group voluntarily operates a confidential whistleblowing portal in accordance with Sections 12 et seq. of the Whistleblowing Act (HinSchG). Any employee or business partner wishing to report potential breaches by the bbg bitbase group or other group companies of criminal law, other legal requirements, internal guidelines, our Code of Conduct or any other misconduct may submit a report to the Compliance Officer of the bbg bitbase group. The Compliance Officer is bound by confidentiality under Sections 8 and 9 of the HinSchG.

Please ensure that you do not breach any legal provisions, such as data protection regulations, when using our voluntary reporting channel. Only share as much information as is necessary. Before reporting any suspicious activity, please bear in mind that your report may have serious consequences for those involved.

Please do not provide any personal details, such as your relationship to the suspect or your name, if you wish to remain anonymous. In that case, please do not provide any information that could be traced back to you. However, we do ask you to provide your personal details, as this will enable us to follow up with you and is likely to help us resolve the issue more effectively. The protective provisions of Sections 33 to 38 of the HinSchG apply to all parties involved.

Please do not use our reporting channel for customer enquiries, other complaints or questions regarding the services or products of the bbg bitbase group. Due to our duty of confidentiality, these cannot be forwarded.
