bitbase? What’s that?

This is something we are hearing more and more. And speaking of hearing things: we are among the top 100 most innovative companies in Germany in 2023 for the 3rd time in a row, and we are the official FOCUS Growth Champion for 2022. We have offices in our Swabian hometown of Reutlingen (Germany), in Germany’s start-up capital Berlin and in Tunis, the Silicon Valley of North Africa.

Ok, and what is it you do?

In a nutshell: we develop our own digital solutions for medium-sized customers and global players, from high-performance software to web developments, ensuring the highest level of data protection and offering consultation services from someone who understands their business. And if you can think of anything else you need, we are happy to oblige!

And why should I join you?

Because with us, you can really achieve something – like taking full control of our own and our customers’ system landscapes. As a Systems Engineer. No unknown default and no downtime.

And will I be doing it all on my own?

Of course not – you will be working with a crossover team of highly qualified software developers, business economists, system engineers, designers and concept developers. And if there is anything else you need, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.

To expand our team, we are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (m/w/d) for our office in Reutlingen or Berlin, to start as soon as possible. Working from your home office is also an option.

What we offer you

A modern, international working environment in an open and cooperative atmosphere, where you will deal with challenging topics, backed by innovative technology and executed to the highest professional standards, with tangible benefits for you as well as for our partners and customers.

And that’s not all: flexible working time models, company car, mobile office, smartphone, subsidised lunch, company pension plan, subsidised gym membership, employee events, job bike.

Your tasks

You design, develop, and operate stable and secure platforms. The internal and external processing of support cases in a wide variety of fields, as well as the active support of the configuration, monitoring, and further development of the systems, round off your range of responsibilities.

  • You are the key contact person for incident management
  • You coordinate with our software development team and ensure the provision of developmental and productive environments
  • You work together with our business partners on a technical level for the integration of software and hardware systems
