How to apply successfully
1. Cover letter
Many applicants suddenly find themselves struggling with writer’s block when it comes to writing a cover letter. Our advice is simple: stay relaxed and focus on the essentials. Tell us which position you are interested in and a little about yourself. Mention your previous professional experience and any specialist knowledge that is relevant to the role. Add your salary expectations and your earliest possible start date, and your cover letter is almost complete.
Should you have any questions before applying, simply contact our People & Culture team.
2. CV
A well-structured CV is at the heart of every application. It should provide a concise overview of the key stages of your professional and/or academic career to date. A clear structure is essential and should include the following:
- Personal details
- Professional experience, including a brief overview of your responsibilities
- Details of whether any previous positions were fixed-term
- Your education and training, including your qualifications
- Additional skills and knowledge and, should you wish to include them, relevant interests
3. Certificates
Please provide suitable documentation confirming your qualifications, completed internships and relevant professional experience, such as certificates, references or similar documents. As with your CV, we are primarily interested in documents that may be relevant to your new position.
