How we interact with one another
We use the informal ‘you’ (Du). Not because it’s trendy, but because it best reflects the way we like to be and the way we treat one another: friendly and relaxed, yet respectful and trusting. Of course, we place great importance on working in a professional and structured manner. But we prefer to do so with short decision-making processes and flat hierarchies, where even managers are always open to your ideas and concerns. And they always make you feel that you’re taken seriously.

For us, this encompasses not only Agile, SCRUM, digital disruption, design thinking and use cases, but also flexible working hours and remote working. But the project is always our main focus – from concept through prototyping and fine-tuning to implementation and support.
