This is how we treat each other

We address each other informally by our first names. Not because it’s hip but because it fits in best with the way we like to operate and how we treat each other: friendly and relaxed, but also with trust and respect. Of course, it is of great importance to us that our work is professional and structured. But we prefer this to be with short decision-making processes and flat hierarchies, in which managers are always willing to hear your ideas and concerns – and always make you feel like you’re being taken seriously.

However, our focus always remains firmly on the project – from the concept to prototyping and fine-tuning to implementation and support.
