Werner Blank has been a successful entrepreneur for 50 years. A new idea in 2015 was to open a hotel in Riedlingen in the Swabian Mountains of southern Germany. bbg has been a partner in this project even since before the hotel's foundations were laid.

All the technology from a single source
At our client's behest, we took charge of all the technical planning and implementation — from server infrastructure to media equipment. High-performance servers guarantee that all the services are available 100 per cent of the time. There is no need for anybody at Hotel Riedlingen to worry about the technology any more.
Optimal web sales
We have integrated important booking sites such as booking.com into the hotel's own system by using a channel management system. We also took charge of training hotel staff in the areas of pricing, availability management etc. With sales thus secured, the hotel's management can dedicate all its attention to the guests.
All the hotel's work processes under control
Our services have been rounded off with the provision of a Property Management System (PMS). A PMS is a platform that allows hotels to manage front-office functions, such as making reservations, checking guests in and out, assigning rooms, managing room rates and issuing invoices. In short: everything that needs taking care of in hotel operations.
Professioneller Web-Auftritt
We were also entirely responsible for the hotel's website. The TYPO3 website was developed according to our layouts. It was, of course, developed to be responsive so that it looks perfect on any device, whether it is accessed from a desktop computer or a mobile device. The next step is to further develop the website for other languages (English), making it accessible to even more potential guests.
100% data protection compliant
With us, there is no longer a need for hoteliers to worry about data protection: from copyright to the GDPR and cookie policies, the company is entirely on the safe side.
IT security
Our security team checked the IT systems being used and the security approaches that were in place for the website. The procedures we used are based on the IT basic protection manual and ISO standard 27001 for IT security.
