Responsibility that reflects the way we work

As a service provider, the greatest impact we can make lies in the way we work: through efficient software development, secure data handling, fair collaboration and responsible corporate governance.

Although we are not currently subject to any statutory ESG reporting requirements, we began systematically tracking our sustainability activities in 2024. Based on this work, we developed our ESG strategy for the period from 2025 to 2027.

What we do

Environment

We reduce our environmental impact, particularly in areas where we can make a direct difference: energy, mobility, business travel and software development.

Green electricity

We use 100% certified green electricity at our Reutlingen site.

Mobility

The majority of our vehicle fleet is already electric. Our long-term principle is to prioritise electric vehicles over fossil-fuelled vehicles.

Green coding

We are integrating energy-efficient software development more closely into our development culture.

Digital meeting culture

We plan business travel more carefully, prioritising digital meetings, train travel and electric vehicles.

Social

We create an environment where people can work flexibly, securely and with opportunities for continuous development.

Remain measurable
