FIDEST

Framework for the intelligent design of decentralised security technologies

In the FIDEST project, a framework is developed for the intelligent design of securely distributed applications. The basic concept is that the user (who does not have to be competent in this area) models his application with an intuitive editor, and our framework automatically generates an optimal, operable code frame that is ready to be distributed, based on decentralized security technologies (e.g. Blockchain, Smart Contracts, but also 2-factor authentication).

FIDEST does not provide any isolated solutions for a particular subproblem and is independent of cloud providers or software manufacturers. Instead, it supports the developer of the application comprehensively in respect of all IT security issues, from conception and development of its application through to the simulation of attack or scaling scenarios, constantly having regard to performance conditions and cost of implementation.
